The Queen is the Wild in this slot and, on any non-winning spin, can choose to wield her royal authority, granting you winning combinations by making an appearance on the grid.
Queen’s Day will be triggered when the grid is completely cleared, awarding you with an initial five free spins with an initial Win Multiplier of x2. If you collect a win on both Knight symbols during the free spins, the Win Multiplier will increase by one.
